Delivery dates for custom products are 5-18 business days (not including holidays or weekends).
Additionally, orders for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam may take longer than expected. For standard shipping, some countries may take longer due to customs clearance, you need up to 28 days depending on the country, if you are not sure about the shipping time, please contact us.

Can I change or cancel my order?
You can change or cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it.
Please send us a cancellation or change request within 12 hours of ordering.

Do I need to pay customs fees?
International - Total billed excludes taxes and duties. Most of our packages ship directly from warehouses in Philadelphia, such as Meditation Folding Zen Cushion. Goods shipped directly from our factory are exempt from paying duties and taxes. Any duties and taxes owed on orders shipped directly from our factory will be billed directly to the customer by the worldwide carrier.
I entered the wrong address in my delivery details, can I change it?
If you have accidentally entered the wrong delivery address, please contact us immediately to change your details. If your item has already shipped, we will not be able to change or resend your product and you will not be eligible for a refund. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all details are correct prior to purchasing. We are not responsible for orders sent to the wrong address.
